Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2-5 business days before they ship. Orders containing a large number of items (200+) may take 5-10 business days to process. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Where Your Order Ships From
Our products are fulfilled from a network of warehouses across the United States, with our primary facility located in Denver, CO. Because items may be stored in different locations, orders are occasionally split into multiple shipments. This does not add any extra cost to your order.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
All domestic orders ship free via USPS Standard (3-5 business days). Need it faster? Express shipping (1-2 business days, $15.00) is available at checkout. Please note: we are currently unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via FedEx and typically arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on the destination country.
Destination Zones: Zone 1 - Canada. Zone 2 - Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdom. Zone 3 - Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macau, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam.

International shipments are sent on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means customers outside the U.S. may be responsible for paying customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These fees are set by the destination country and are not included in your order total.
Orders shipping to the United Kingdom require a valid EORI number on file; orders without one may be placed on hold until this is provided.
